Amendment of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1978
11.—(1) Regulation 3 of the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1978 (payments to be disregarded)(1) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (3) the words from “and regulation 7(1)(g)(i)” up to and including the words“lower earnings limit)” shall be omitted.
(3) Paragraphs (4A), (4B), (5) and (6) shall be omitted.
