26. In regulation 4(2)(b)(ii) of the Social Security (Widow’s Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979 M1 (days to be treated as days of increment) for the words “unemployment benefit" in the second place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “a contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance".
