Amendment of 1979 Regulations
14. Regulation 5(2) of the 1979 Regulations shall be amended by inserting at the end the words “or regulation 5(c) or (d) of the Compensation for Redundancy or Premature Retirement (Scottish Environment Protection Agency and River Purification Boards Transitional Arrangements) (Scotland) Regulations 1996”.
Amendment of 1994 Regulations
15. Regulation 3(b) of the 1994 Regulations shall be amended by inserting at the end the following:—
“or
(iii)under the Compensation for Redundancy or Premature Retirement (Scottish Environment Protection Agency and River Purification Boards Transitional Arrangements) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;”.
