Termination of appointment
8. If the sheriff is of the opinion that there is good reason for doing so, he may at any time—
(a)with the consent of the Lord President of the Court of Session, terminate the appointment of a panel chairman, deputy chairman or other member; or
(b)terminate the appointment of a panel secretary or assistant secretary.
