Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1), the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph (dd):–

“(ee) the programme known as the Sustainable Action Fund.”.
