3. In regulation 25 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987(1) (payment of attendance allowance and constant attendance allowance at a daily rate), in paragraph (1) the words “by virtue of entitlement to the care component”, in both places where they occur, shall be omitted.
