Amendment of regulation 95 of the Housing Benefit Regulations
17. In regulation 95(4A) of the Housing Benefit Regulations (withholding of benefit)(1) after the words “income support” in the first place where they occur there shall be inserted the words “or an income-based jobseeker’s allowance” and in the second place where they occur there shall be inserted the words “or income-based jobseeker’s allowance.”.
