SCHEDULE 3 AMENDMENTS TO THE FOOD SAFETY (FISHERY PRODUCTS) (IMPORT CONDITIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) REGULATIONS 1994

6.  In Schedule 2—

(a) for the title to that Schedule “The Council and Commission Decisions” there shall be substituted the following title:“THE COMMISSION DECISIONS”;

(b) in paragraph 5, the reference to Council Decision 93/383/EEC on reference laboratories for the monitoring of marine biotoxins shall be replaced by the following: “Commission Decision 95/149/EC fixing the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) limit values for certain categories of fishery products and specifying the analysis methods to be used.” (1).
