Amendment of regulation 6 of the Child Support Maintenance Assessments Regulations E+W+S

10.  In regulation 6(2)(b) of the Child Support Maintenance Assessments Regulations M1 (the additional element) for the words “regulation 3(1)(c)" there shall be substituted the words “regulation 3(1)(c)(i)".
