Amendment of regulation 28 of the Child Support Maintenance Assessments Regulations16
In regulation 28(1)(b) of the Child Support Maintenance Assessments Regulations M1 (amount payable where absent parent is in receipt of income support or other prescribed benefit), for the word “3" there shall be substituted the words “3(a) or (b)".
