Amendment of regulation 40 of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations24
In regulation 40(3)(b) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations (students who are not excluded from entitlement to council tax benefit), for the words “the lone parent premium” there shall be substituted the words “a family premium under paragraph 3(a) of Schedule 1”.
