In regulation 1(2) of the Child Support Maintenance Assessments Regulations (interpretation) M1 after the definition of “the Act" there shall be inserted the following definition—

““Child Benefit Rates Regulations" means the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976 M2;”.
