The Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Charities) Order 1996

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 49(6) and 63(5)(a) of the Local Government (Wales) Act 19941 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
