Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State for Wales that the persons referred to in the Schedule to this Order are persons exercising functions of a public nature;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(1)(o) of the Welsh Language Act 19931, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
