This Order may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Gibraltar) Order 1996 and shall come into force one month after the date on which it is made.

In this Order “the Act” means the Outer Space Act 1986.

The Act shall extend to Gibraltar subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in the Schedule to this Order.

For the purposes of construing the Act as so extended as part of the law of Gibraltar any reference to the Act is a reference to the Act as it has effect in Gibraltar.
