Amendment of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deduction from Benefits) Regulations 1988 E+W+S

9.  Regulation 3 of the Social Fund (Recovery by Deduction from Benefits) Regulations 1988 M1 (benefits from which an award may be recovered) shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs—

(a) in paragraph (a) at the end there shall be added the words “, other than a back to work bonus payable by way of income support or jobseeker’s allowance in pursuance of section 26 of the Jobseekers Act 1995 M2 ;";

(b) for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(c) a jobseeker’s allowance other than a back to work bonus payable by way of income support or jobseeker’s allowance in pursuance of section 26 of the Jobseekers Act 1995;”;

(c) in paragraphs (o) and (p) the words “unemployment benefit" shall be omitted.
