The Motor Cars (Driving Instruction) (Amendment) Regulations 1996

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 123(2)(a), 125(3), 125A(5), 125A(6)(a), 125B(6), 127(2), 129(2) and (5), 132(2)(a) and (b), 133B(2), 135(1)(a) and (c) and 141 of the Road Traffic Act 19881, and the Department of Transport (Fees) Order 19882, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations: —
