Extent of Parkeston Quay
8. The works shall form part of Parkeston Quay and the provisions of the Great Eastern Railway Act 1874(1) and all other provisions of the Harwich Parkeston Quay enactments shall (so far as the same are applicable and are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order) apply as if the works had been the quay and connected works authorised by the said Act of 1874.
