Regulation 23(4) of the principal Regulations (calculation of income and capital of members of claimant’s family and of a polygamous marriage) M1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

For the words “paragraph 1(3)(b), (e) or (f)" there shall be substituted the words “paragraphs 1(3)(b), (c), (f) or (g)".

In sub-paragraph (a) for the words “paragraph 1(3)(b)" there shall be substituted the words “paragraph 1(3)(c)".

In sub-paragraph (b) for the words “paragraph 1(3)(e) or (f)" there shall be substituted the words “paragraph 1(3)(f) or (g)".
