Amendment of regulation 42 of the principal Regulations E+W+S

17.  In regulation 42(2) of the principal Regulations (notional income) M1 for sub-paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(c) jobseeker’s allowance;.”
