Amendment of regulation 3A of the principal Regulations E+W+S

3.  In regulation 3A of the principal Regulations (permitted period) M1 —

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) the words “subject to paragraph (2)," shall be omitted; and

(b) paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
