The Social Security Commissioners Procedure Regulations 1987 F1, except regulations 8, 12(2), 23, 28, 31(5), (6), (7) and (8), 32 and 33, shall apply in relation to appeals to the Commissioner under section 11(6) as they apply in relation to appeals under section 23 of the Administration Act.
