In a jobseeker’s agreement with a young person, other than one falling within regulation 61(1)(a) or (f), the following information is required in addition to that prescribed in chapter V of Part II: a broad description of the circumstances in which the amount of the person’s benefit may be reduced in accordance with section 17 and regulation 63, or F1section 19(2)(a), (b), (c) or (d) or section 19A(2)(a), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g) and regulation 68.

A young person is to be treated as having entered into a jobseeker’s agreement and as having satisfied the condition mentioned in section 1(2)(b) as long as the circumstances set out in F2regulation 62(2) or 62(3) apply.
