66.—(1) In a jobseeker’s agreement with a young person, other than one falling within regulation 61(1)(a) or (f), the following information is required in addition to that prescribed in chapter V of Part II: a broad description of the circumstances in which the amount of the person’s benefit may be reduced in accordance with section 17 and regulation 63, or [F1section 19(2)(a), (b), (c) or (d) or section 19A(2)(a), (c), (d), (e), (f) or (g)] and regulation 68.
(2) A young person is to be treated as having entered into a jobseeker’s agreement and as having satisfied the condition mentioned in section 1(2)(b) as long as the circumstances set out in [F2regulation 62(2) or 62(3)] apply.
