50. Any payment (other than a training allowance) made, whether by the Secretary of State or by any other person, under the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1944(1) or in accordance with arrangements made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973, to assist disabled persons to obtain or retain employment despite their disability.
