Flexible intermediate bulk containers containing any of the following goods shall be carried in a closed or sheeted vehicle—

Where the vehicle carrying any of the goods referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above is sheeted, the sheet shall be of an impermeable and non-combustible material.

Steps shall be taken to ensure that if a leakage occurs in a vehicle carrying any of the goods referred to in sub-paragraph (1) above, those goods cannot come into contact with wood or any other combustible material.
