Exemptions for foreign vehicles used for certain purposes E+W+S

4.  Notwithstanding anything in [F1 regulations 8 to 30N], section 2(1) of the Act (Users of certain goods vehicles to hold operators’ licences) shall not apply to the use in Great Britain of a foreign goods vehicle for the carriage of any goods specified in paragraph 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 of Schedule 2.
