2.  The following regulations are hereby revoked; that is to say—

(a) regulations 31, 32 and 33 of the Hydrocarbon Oil Regulations 1973(1); and

(b) subparagraphs (c) and (d) of regulation 3 of the Hydrocarbon Oil (Amendment) Regulations 1981(2).
