11. In section 16 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1981 (exemption from provisions relating to overcrowding), in paragraph (l)(1), for “housing association registered under the Housing Associations Act 1985” substitute “registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act)”.
