3.—(1) The Land Compensation Act 1973 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 29 (right to home loss payment where person displaced from dwelling), in subsection (1)(d)(1), for “registered under the Housing Associations Act 1985” substitute “a registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act)”.
(3) In section 37 (disturbance payments for persons without compensatable interests), in subsection (1)(d)(2), for “registered under the Housing Associations Act 1985” substitute “a registered social landlord within the meaning of the Housing Act 1985 (see section 5(4) and (5) of that Act)”.
Section 29(1)(d) was substituted by the 1985 Act, paragraph 24 of Schedule 2.
Section 37(1)(d) was substituted by the 1985 Act, paragraph 24 of Schedule 2.
