Amendment of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996
3.—(1) Regulation 25 of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1996 (transitional provisions)(1) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph (3), for the words “continue to apply” there shall be substituted the words “apply with the amendments made by regulation 5(6) of the Social Security and Child Support (Jobseeker’s Allowance) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1996(2)”.
(3) In paragraph (4), for the words “continue to apply” there shall be substituted the words “apply with the amendments made by regulation 5(11) of the Social Security and Child Support (Jobseeker’s Allowance) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1996”.
