This Order transfers to the Optimum Health Services National Health Service Trust on 21st October 1996 trust property formerly held by the Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room IN33, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
Transfer of trust property2
On 21st October 1996 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
