7.—(1) The Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Pensions Ombudsman) Regulations 1991 M1 and the Personal and Occupational Pension Schemes (Pensions Ombudsman) Amendment Regulations 1996 M2 are hereby revoked.
(2) Paragraph 32 of Schedule 2 to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes ([F1 Consequential] Amendments) Regulations 1994 M3 is hereby revoked.
