Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 4(2) of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 19671, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows: —

1.

This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 18th November 1996.

2.

Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 19672 shall be amended by the insertion in the appropriate place in alphabetical order of the entries “English Sports Council” and “United Kingdom Sports Council”.
