Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 19852 is amended–

(a)

by deleting from the list of sports grounds specified there the following name:–

  • Telford Street Park, Inverness;

  • and

(b)

by inserting at the appropriate place in that list (which is in alphabetical order) the following name:–

  • Caledonian Stadium, Inverness.
