1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers (Compensation for Redundancy and Premature Retirement) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st December 1996.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Teachers (Compensation for Redundancy and Premature Retirement) Regulations 1989(1).
