1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the East Yorkshire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 16th December 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the East Riding Health Authority established on 1st April 1996(1);
“the old Authority” means the East Riding Health Authority established on 1st April 1993(2) and abolished on 1st April 1996(3);
“the Trust” means the East Yorkshire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the old Authority and the Trust on 20th December 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the old Authority and the Trust.
