55. Where the relevant person is entitled to the credit under regulation 46(1)(aa) of the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987(1) (which applies in respect of a person who works for not less than 30 hours a week), any amount of family credit up to the amounts specified in Column (2) against paragraph 1A(2) of Schedule 4 to those Regulations.
