The Defence Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Armed Forces Act 1966(1), hereby make the following Regulations:
1966 c. 45; section 2 was amended by section 2 of the Armed Forces Act 1976 (c. 52), section 2 of the Army Act 1992 (c. 39) and section 2 of the Armed Forces Act 1996 (c. 46).
