Amendment of section 23(2)(a) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993
2. Section 23(2)(a) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (distributing bodies for sums allocated for expenditure on or connected with sport) shall be amended by substituting “the English Sports Council” for “the Sports Council”.
