3. A person authorised in the case of the Bailiwick of Guernsey by Her Majesty’s Procureur, or in the case of the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Bailiff, to exercise any power for the purposes of this Schedule shall, if requested to do so, produce evidence of his authority before exercising that power.
