Capital to be disregarded

15.  There shall be added as—

(a) paragraph 48 of Schedule 4 to the Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991(1) (capital to be disregarded);

(b) paragraph 49 of Schedule 3 to the Family Credit (General) Regulations 1987(2);

(c) paragraph 50 of Schedule 5 to the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992(3) (capital to be disregarded); and

(d) paragraph 50 of Schedule 5 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987(4) (capital to be disregarded),

the following paragraph—

• “The amount of any child maintenance bonus payable by way of a jobseeker’s allowance or income support in accordance with section 10 of the Child Support Act 1995(5), or a corresponding payment under Article 4 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(6), but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt.”.
