1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 21st March 1996.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the North Durham Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Community Health Care: North Durham National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 15th September 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
