In section 1244—
i
in subsection (1)—
a
after the words “the Railways Board”, insert the words “or a network owner”,
b
after the words “a railway of the Board,”, insert the words “or, as the case may be, a railway comprised in a transferred network or a new network of that network owner,”;
ii
in subsection (2), after the words “the Board”, insert the words “or a network owner”, and after the word “them” insert the words “or it”;
iii
in subsection (3), after the words “the Board” (in both places) insert the words “, or, as the case may be, the network owner in question,”; and
iv
in subsection (4), after the words “City of London”, insert the words—
