Coming into force
Whereas the council of the county of Kent have, in pursuance of section 4(2) of the Coroners Act 19881 and after due compliance with the provisions of the Coroners (Orders as to Districts) Rules 19272, submitted to me a draft Order providing for the alteration of certain coroners' districts in the said county:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by that section 4(2) and after taking into consideration an objection to the draft made in the prescribed manner and within the prescribed time, I hereby make the following Order:
