Appeals

5.  In article 23 of the 1992 Order—

(a) in paragraph (2)(b) delete the words “or (2A)”; and

(b) after paragraph (5) insert—

“(6) The notice of appeal to the Secretary of State shall be given on a form obtained from the Secretary of State and shall state the grounds on which the appeal is made.”.
