(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995. Article 18 of and Schedule 5 to the principal Order apply to the National Park authorities in Wales certain enactments and instruments, some with modifications. This Order applies to those authorities the further enactments and instruments some with modifications, which are specified in the Schedule to this Order.
