The Richmond Adult and Community College (Incorporation) Order 1996

Whereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921 (“the Act”), for the establishment of a body corporate under section 16(3) of the Act;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 16(3) and 17 of the Act and for the purpose of giving effect to that proposal, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
