Amendment of regulation 7 of the principal Regulations3

Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations (removal from and amendment to pharmaceutical list) is amended as follows.

After paragraph (1) insert—

A period during which the person was suspended by direction of the Tribunal does not count towards the period of six months referred to in paragraph (1).

In paragraph (3)(a) after the word “notice” insert the words “in writing”.
