Amendment of regulation 6 of the principal Regulations
3. In regulation 6(1) of the principal Regulations (ophthalmic list), at the end of paragraph (1) insert—
“in its area and who are not disqualified from inclusion by virtue of the provisions of sections 30(1), 31, 32A(3), 32B(1) or 32D(2) of the Act(2)”.

Section 32D was also inserted by section 8 of the National Health Service (Amendment) Act 1995.
